The Fifth Estate Emerging Companies Fund II launched in July 2023 and is now closed to new capital. 

The strategy invests across both private and listed markets, targeting mispriced growth opportunities rather than a single stage or structure.

Capital is deployed into four lanes: 

(i) expansion funding for private companies pursuing trade or secondary exits rather than near-term IPOs; 

(ii) pre-IPO businesses progressing toward listing; 

(iii) direct participation in IPOs and primary raises alongside issuers; and 

(iv) small- and micro-cap listed equities where identifiable catalysts may drive re-rating. 

Investing across stages provides greater flexibility in sourcing and deploying capital, enabling access to more entry points and multiple liquidity pathways, while maintaining a disciplined, catalyst-driven process focused on entry price, clear value drivers, and defined exit routes to support attractive risk-adjusted returns.
